The Mechanicsville community has been named to Money Magazine's Top 100 Best Places to Live 2009 list available in the August issue of the publication. Mechanicsville has been named to this prestigious list in the past, ranking #57 in 2007. The ranking speaks highly to the quality of life in Hanover County.
