- Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) Application – Online Portal
- Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) Emergency Advance – The loan advance will provide up to $10,000 of economic relief to businesses that are currently experiencing temporary difficulties.
- Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Loan Forgiveness – Loan information, eligibility, loan details and forgiveness, lender forms and guidance, other assistance. The Paycheck Protection Program is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll.
- SBA Express Bridge Loans – Enables small businesses who currently have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000 quickly.
- SBA Debt Relief – The SBA is providing a financial reprieve to small businesses with existing SBA loans during the COVID-19 pandemic.

- RVA Small Business Relief Fund – ChamberRVA and Facebook have announced the creation of an RVA Small Business Relief Fund, a new program intended to provide immediate grants to qualifying small businesses in the region impacted by COVID-19. For-profit businesses who meet the criteria are eligible to apply for Round One grants starting May 13, 2020 at 9:00 am and closing May 19, 2020 at 5:00 pm.

- Interim Guidance for Business and Employers – Guidance that may help prevent workplace exposures to acute respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19, in non-healthcare settings. The guidance also provides planning considerations if there are more widespread, community outbreaks of COVID-19.
- Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection Recommendations – This guidance provides recommendations on the cleaning and disinfection of rooms or areas of those with suspected or with confirmed COVID-19 have visited.

U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation
- Save Small Business Fund – Small businesses employing between 3 and 20 people that are located in an economically vulnerable community and have been harmed financially by the COVID-19 pandemic can apply for a $5,000 grant. Applications accepted starting April 20, 2020.
- (*Note: As of June 18, 2020 – Applications are no longer being accepted. Resource will be updated if additional funding become available.) Grants in the amount of $10,000 available. Applications open to Virginia businesses starting 8:00 a.m. on April 24, 2020. Eligible businesses must be a for-profit company, have between 2 to 50 employees, have been in business for 2 full years as of March 2020, have experienced challenges from COVID-19, and meet all other listed requirements.
- COVID-19 Related Resources – Information about employment opportunities, resources, and other relevant information for workers and businesses.
- Capital Region Rapid Response COVID-19 Business Support Initiative-Employer Application and Agreement – Grant funding to assist small businesses with costs related to COVID-19. Examples of uses include paying for cleaning services so companies can stay open, paying for cleaning supplies, or purchasing items that can assist employees in teleworking. Grants do not cover equipment with a per unit value of over $5,000 nor wage reimbursements for employees. These fund are available on a reimbursement basis only, meaning the business must first incur the cost and present proof of payment to be reimbursed. The period for allowable costs is March 1, 2020 – August 31, 2020.
- COVID-19 Resources for Communities – Webinar Series on Tuesdays in April – May, 2020 – Virginia Community Capital is partnering with the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and Virginia Small Business Development Center Network (SBDC Network) to host multiple weekly update webinars and office hours, announce new programs and resources, and to assist Virginia’s business community.

- Small Business Relief Grants available to help small businesses fill urgent financial gaps until they can resume normal operations or until other more permanent financing becomes available.
